AET Help Desk is a web based help desk system designed for multiple purposes. Excellent for support-, sales- and information- staff to manage and present information. Complete with case/ticket tracking. Database system consisting of MySQL (installed simultaniously). Easy to install, browse and administrate. Easy and powerful expansion is done trough adding new categorys. The front end features Q and A:s, manuals, files and documents in a oraganized and appealing way. The help desk can easily be made avaliable to the public via the internet or an intranet.

AET Help Desk 3.0 was released by AET Data Consulting on Wednesday 26 February 2003. Its known requirements are : IIS 4.0 or higher.
AET Help Desk will run on Windows 2000, Windows NT and Windows XP.
